AIDW&A Refund Policy
Entry Fees: All entry fees paid for the Africa Interior Design Week & Awards (AIDW&A) are non-refundable, except as stated in point.
Withdrawal of Entry: If you wish to withdraw your entry from the competition, you must submit a written request to the organizers before midnight on June 31st, 2023. Please note that the entry fee is non-refundable.
Judging and Decisions: The judges’ decisions are final and cannot be disputed or subject to refund.
Technical Difficulties: In the event of technical difficulties with the submission process or accessing the submitted materials, please contact the organizers for assistance. However, such technical issues will not be considered grounds for a refund.
Inaccurate Information: It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that all submitted information is accurate and correctly credited to the appropriate individuals or companies. The Africa Interior Design Week (AIDW) accepts no responsibility for any incorrectly submitted information.
Cancellation of Event: In the unlikely event that the AIDW&A is canceled or postponed by the organizers, a refund policy will be determined and communicated to the entrants. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair resolution in such circumstances.
